As a business intermediary and M&A advisor our role is to educate the business owner on the process of selling their business, understand and evaluate the business, provide an accurate offering memorandum and strategic marketing plan, guide the process, structure the transaction, supervise, and facilitate due diligence, solve problems, and close the transaction. On the buy-side our role is similar, but with a focus on finding and evaluating potential acquisition candidates as well as aid in funding the transaction.
